Eligibility: Passengers must be 18 years or older and provide two forms of proof of address (e.g., driver’s licence and utility bill).
Domestic Flights:
Travellers from the Northern Territory, Tasmania, and the Australian Capital Territory must have domestic flights issued on the same ticket as their international journey, booked through First to Business.
Travellers from South Australia, Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria are not eligible for domestic connection flights.
Hotel Availability: Bookings are subject to hotel availability and are not guaranteed.
Booking Timeline: Requests must be made no later than seven business days prior to departure. Requests within this period are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Transfers: Transfers to and from the hotel are not included. If hotel locations differ, additional transfers are also not included.
Airline Chauffeur Drive: Guests travelling on airlines that offer chauffeur drive services cannot use the chauffeur drive service to or from the hotel.
Incidental Costs: Passengers must provide a valid credit card at check-in to cover any incidentals beyond the room inclusions.
OnPoint Bookings: This offer is not applicable to OnPoint bookings.
Loyalty Points: Passengers will not earn loyalty or frequent flyer points for their stay.
